|READ CAREFULLY!When registering, be sure you have accurately stated the number of guests in your cabin. Quiet time is from 11pm to 7am.
RESTRICTIONS: No Pets, unless cabin allows pets with a $100 deposit, $50 of which is non-refundable. (NO CATS ALLOWED IN ANY CABIN) No House Parties... No Receptions. Anyone not complying will be asked to leave with NO REFUND. Pursuant to TCA 62-13-1047Di: Reservation deposits may or may not be kept in an escrow account prior to arrival.
1.Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or anytime after. Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m., unless approved by office.
2.Refunds: 1 Bedroom to 3 Bedroom Cabins-If you cancel prior to 30 days of your arrival you will get your deposit back less $100 for processing. 4 bedrooms and above you will get your deposit less $250. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date and will be charged to the credit card on file. If the credit card does not go through and you have not made prior arrangements your reservation could be canceled with no refund. If you need to make other arrangements then please call our office. If you cancel within 30 days, of your arrival you will loose your entire deposits. No refund for early departure. Large cabins require a $250.00 damage deposit upon arrival.We must have a credit card on file! Understand there occassionally will be maintenance issues that arrise during your stay. We do our best to take care of the issue as quickly as possible and there will be no refunds or discounts.
3.Guest agrees not to charge long distance phone calls, or pay per view movies to the cabin. If he/she does, guest is liable for said bill.
4.The accommodation is a privately owned dwelling with the owners furnishings and neither the agent nor the owner shall be responsible for providing any additional furnishings. Some owners have locked closets containing personal belongings; these are not included in the rental of the cabin.
5.As agents, we reserve the right to refund deposit, refuse admittance, and/or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, it is detrimental to the cabin.
6.Should the cabin be undergoing any major repairs, or the owner of the cabin elects to remove his property from Pigeon Forge Cabins and Resorts LLC, the agency may substitute a comparable cabin at the original price if such a unit is open.
7.I,the renter,fully understand that the management will not be responsible for accidents or injury of any kind to guests or for the loss of money; jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
8.I, the renter, agree to replace or pay for any loss, breakage or damage to the chalet to the satisfaction of the owner or his agents thru using my credit card. Please check the Unit when you arrive and report to the office at 1-888-889-7865 if something is broke or missing.
9.Linens can be exchanged at office as needed or if your cabin provides a washer and dryer you can wash your linens.
10.We will supply your cabin with one roll of toilet paper per bath room, one roll of paper towels, and two trash bags per bath and two per kitchen.We will provide two dishwasher packets.If you will need additional supplies you must bring them with you.This is so we can continue to maintain our competitive prices.
11.The owner and the company renting the cabins with private indoor swimming pools are not responsible for anyone drowning or hurt. There is NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY! Please shower before and after when using swimming pools and hot tubs. Please do not pour any kind of soaps into either of these are this could result in large damage costs to you.
